Welcome to JUST FOLKS & the FUNNY FARM!   This; is a web-based "place", representing not only home to me in the physical sense; but also the metaphorical sense as in where I live in my heart and soul.

Guess introductions, are necessary; my name is Donna.  I believe in whole-brain living.  As you know, our brains have a file for any experience or feeling we can possibly imagine, and which files we choose to prioritize are more easily accessible.  Perhaps because of the bold print on the label or because these files are all conveniently placed in the very front of our cabinet, (aka brain).  I believe scientists refer to these neuro-pathways as "habits".  The beautiful revelation is, we get to choose these habits.  Speaking to the younger loves of my life, I will compare these to apps; but more about that later!

This site is filled with snapshots of country living that make you feel, and for fun, I'll add the interesting assortment of thoughts swirling around in my "cabinet",...(brain, app etc.,...)

These snapshot experiences seem to put my soul on high alert. They literally breathe joy, discovery, and wonder into the rest of my body. Because joy multiplies exponentially when shared; I feel it my duty and honor to share the thoughts that follow these experiences with you. Can you relate? You have this warm, funny, good vibe, aha, soul-touching, singe of a creative fire that resonates in your day, and the natural impulse is to share and connect.
